Seasons Greetings
It is time again for the much-anticipated Pao family holiday update! As a family, we enjoyed Las Vegas, Monterey, and some 5k races this past year. (Okay, enjoying 5k races for the girls might be a stretch.)
Stephen continues on at Barracuda Networks, tires of sharing his clothing budget with the other "female" family members and upgrades his wardrobe. Yes, that makes it in the holiday update. (Slow year for Steve)
Marsha runs her first marathon in July (SF Marathon). No time for much else.
Christina (almost 14) is an 8th grader, continues guitar, running, swimming, and texting. Travels to CT for a guitar camp, comes back with purple highlights from NY. Placed 1st in division for The Giant Race 5k in SF, first for 8th grade girls Blach Intermediate Cross Country team, and a 3rd place overall finish for the SF Mermaid 5k.
Annalisa (now 11) is a 6th grader, continues gymnastics and swimming, picks up running (not by choice) places 2nd behind her sister at The Giant Race 5k in SF. Decides maybe running isn't so bad after receiving the prizes. Places 5th for speed rope for the district Junior Olympics and finishes 5th place overall for female runners at the Montclaire 5k. Gets in on the colored hair like her sister. (Looks like no wardrobe upgrade for Steve for a long, long time.)
